If you are researching the La Costa Greens Community, you might be thinking “What do I get for all those HOA and Mello Roos fees?” Well, it just so happens that living in La Costa Greens offers La Costa Greens Residents membership to The Presidio Clubhouse.
The Presidio is a popular place for residents to connect and get together socially or just to have a relaxing day by the pool, or perhaps plan a small or large party. There is a resort style pool, clubhouse for events and gatherings, relaxing outdoor patios with fireplaces and of course a gym. La Costa Greens also has a private tennis court and kiddie parks. There are many events that are cordinated through the La Costa Greens Clubhouse at The Presidio. Check out the local info I gathered from a flyer I picked up at The Presidio for January 2011.
